Nathan has been practicing parkour since october 2005 and I since augast 2005, when i was on holiday in france last summer i met jason from sin clan and he introduced me to parkour, told me about some of the philosophy n tried to teach me some of the basics. He gave owen from team traceur my msn and i started talking to him and arranged to train with him (up until then i just trained in my back garden and a park across my street) i met up with owen jin and mike and trained with them and then started training more often with owen mostly. After a while Nathan became interested because he also enjoys being able to move and use his body in different ways and he thought it looked fun, we began training very hard, and in february ( I think ) we went to redhill to meet nextgen, we trained with them in crees hut and were invited into next gen of sin clan ( www.sin-clan.co.uk ). We continued training hard and still are.
